Please Note: this palette contains a pink and red that are black light reactive but not dayglow / neon pigmented. Based on the manufacturer's claims, it is made with an FDA compliant brightener to make it extra bright, and hence why it reacts to UV  black lights. 

The containers are removable if you want to hold them in your hand during loading, and it makes cleaning the palette easier.
